What we use and why

If you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address and message, plus any optional details you choose to give about an event or project. We use them only to reply and, where relevant, prepare a proposal or manage our professional relationship. The legal basis for a potential booking or commission is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. For other enquiries, it is our legitimate interest in replying. We do not create user accounts or marketing lists from this information.

Form delivery

ShipMyForm processes the form submission and delivers it to our email. Its technology does not load while you browse this site; it is contacted only when you submit the form. ShipMyForm stores and processes data in the United States and says it relies on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, where required. See its privacy policy. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to reply and follow up. If a contractual relationship arises, we keep the relevant records for the periods required by applicable law. Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing. Write to privacy@iwaro.com or, for now, booking@iwaro.com. You can also complain to Spain’s Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Visiting the site

This site does not use analytics or personalised advertising. Spotify players load only if you choose to activate them. Spotify may then place cookies or use similar technologies and receive your IP address and browser data. Public SoundBetter demo audio is served by its media CDN only when you press play; that service receives connection data. These choices are not stored by this site. See our cookies and media policy and the providers’ policies for details. Your language choice appears in the page address and is not stored on your device. The hosting provider may log minimal technical connection data to deliver and protect the site.

YouTube videos

Studio recordings are shown without contacting YouTube until you choose one. When you play it, YouTube receives technical data such as your IP address and browser details and may use cookies. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain. See our cookies and media page for details.
